It was not banned but removed out of respect for those that lost their lives. Seeing as it was only a teaser trailer, it wasn't a big deal.

First and third films were dreadful. Got his powers all wrong in the first, MJ casting all wrong. No Gwen Stacy! Wimpy Osbourne badly written and to top it off a Power Rangers outfit. God I hope the reboot is good. Molina was awesome in 2nd as was entire film!! Not even gonna quote on the third.....
