  • It's interesting that this technology is so new, yet I barely remember what life was like without the "facebook twitter email youtube repeat" routine that takes up so much of my time.

  • @carmadillotanzen This really resonated for me. I also have a hard time recalling what life was like prior to being on the Internet for at least a few hours every day. I feel as though it's really changing how people live, and it's hard to understand it fully while we're in the middle of the transition.

  • Yes, there seems to be a lot of potential gain from going 'unplugged'. My tendency is to overdo everything, so taking a step or two back might really help my state of mind.

  • "Sometimes it's best just to unplug" ... agree with you and so many times I feel that way! I come home from work in the evening (server) and I go online and stay until 2 or 3 AM just reading stuff or e-mails and you tube and Facebook... horrible habit! SO I cut a lot of my utube subscriptions and DELETED my Facebook account, which I was obsessive too lately... and feel way more in peace now :)

    Great video! Thanks!
