That guy was itching to use his toy on anyone that day, i mean, he was holding it with his gun on the trigger waiting to pounce.
wouldn't be surprised if he still used the taser if the victim was a 6 year old child.

Only in the USA

This isnt good, I recently watched a video of a whole police line being tazed with just one tazer shot into one and it went down the line, so not just the man got tazed but the baby did too... :(

All u people r dumb he could have brought the newborn in for a checkup did u dumb fucks think about that. I raised 5kids by myself for the first three years they were alive cuz the mothers both had to go back to their countries. They r citizens now.i had to argue with asshole cops every time i took them for a checkup u dumb fucks need to wake up

Poor americans. When I see it. I am very happy that FEMA build camps for stupid &cruel americans! Good americans must live in good contry. uaff.us/femacamps.htm
So you cannot take your own baby out of hospital without hospital permission? That's ludicrous! In the UK, you'd sign a medical discharge and leave and even if you left without it, no-one would be tazered; especially so if you were actually holding your baby!!! This is shocking. The man presented no threat to the officers and security guard.

@theffintruth So many complications from hospital births, it should be well within a parent's right to decide where the child goes. Unless the child is having an emergency, the hospital should have no right to prevent him/her from being discharged
