Lets start, On same day Barack Obama was receiving his Nobel Peace Prize, this incident occured on same night. Norway Government said they were unsure of what it is, and that they were certain that it was "Failed Missile Rocket", launched by the Russians. But the Russian Government clearly denied it was thiers and that they didnt release the Missile. then they claimed it was theres afterrwards.only to find out it was leaking all over the Internet and Media. and isnt it funny that if it was a "Missile failed launch" gone wrong, it wouldnt of got unnoticed and it would of been under the radar with the U.N Officals and Countries near by and Norway and Barack would of been notified before the Missile launch. and for security reason too. what we seeing is a blantant cover up. the Russians have taken the coverup incident and made an excuse obviously to not excite the public and the world.

theres a russian weapon proposed in the 70s/ early 80s that fires a concentrated beam of some kinda radiation at a missile, firing the beam in front of an icbm where its path is going to be so the missile flies into the path of the beam and totally disintegrates its guidance and also by force causes it to be knocked off trajectory and tumble to destruction way off course. thats wot i think the russians were doing. testing their anti-ballistic missile weapon. they said the missile failed, it did.
