It is a shame that NJ shut their only public off road facility down a few years ago, i take part in responsible wheeling, and groups i run with take part in the NJ pinebarrens offroad cleanup that will be held Oct 24th, all are welcome to come and help clean the pines, and strongly encouraged to, you dont need a truck to do it, people will have pleanty of extra seats. I love nature i love the pines a 4wd vehicle will bring you to some of the most gorgeous areas known to man kind

People including me who go off roading in the pine barrens need a place to go, that is legal. ive been going off roading in the pines for over a year now, usually once a month, and almost got summonsed once. the nice open pit areas are the spot that they should allow people to bring there trucks but thats the areas that your not alowed because its not a trail. the trails should stay nice for firetruck incase of emergencys and hikers. drinking and trash dumping is a huge problem more than trucks.

I've seen similar damage in many places while out hiking. It's hard to believe that people are doing this.
