@ATLRCFlyer , yes it is a 601HD.

great footage

it's not totaly exact: the canard on jet fighter yes, on the cozy it's the elevation control, the only improving on the rutan is that the canard stall before the main wing, this drop the nose down and remain fast the control

It's called a blended wing-body aircraft. Boeing was working on one, but I think they cancelled the program to focus on the 787.

@210482fmj No offense, but that sounds like a terrible idea. In the event of an emergency, how would you get 50+ passengers out of the cabin? Also, it wouldn't be good for claustrophobic people. xD
-
@TheWisey1234 You can pretty much think of those planes as being like fighters.
-
what would the effect be if commercial aircraft had flatter cabins that were much smaller and thinner and actually provided lift?i'm thinking less drag and kinetic heating. we could make them really thin where the pilots and passenger have to crawl inside. enough room to sit down but not to stand up.

TY for showing Meadowlake! Cool place to fly. Love the cross wind between the buildings. Yeah...not.

RVs and Long-EZs. Can't beat that!
The canard (small wing) on the aircraft improves stall characteristics.

TheWisey,Yes, you need a pilots license to fly these. How much they are depends on what engine you use and what type of avionics you want. Between $75,000 to over 100K or more.
AtlRCFFlyer, I believe the aircraft is a Van's RV.
BTW, I wouldn't recomment this type of aircraft to a low time pilot and neither would your insurance company!!!
