Wake Me In Summer

While my video skills are pretty rubbish, I hope the message from this video is far reaching. By just watching this video you can make a difference by highlighting the plight of some 100,000,000 homeless people worldwide. This is 2008, and with the money changing hands between governments for issues such as arms, space exploration, wars against terror etc.... is it too much to ask that they start spending some of our taxes on helping ease homelessness and poverty in our society? I don't think so. It's time to stand up and be counted.
Next time you are passing a homeless person in the street, or someone in need of help; don't walk on by. Something so little as to stop and spend a few minutes talking with the person could make a life-changing difference, especially if everyone did it. The song from the video is 'Wake Me In Summer' by Mark Ryan. All proceeds from the sale of the album of the same name are being donated to homeless charities throughout the UK & Ireland. It's my pleasure, I really think all the rich and spoilt people dont really care, until they experience it themselfs. My father made it up from poverty, he told me his story, and I keep it near me and make sure you should not discredit one cause of hes financial status, as he might be bigger then you, maybe not money-wise.
