Shiro el Arriero 'La Tierra Donde Canta El Viento' Homage to Atahualpa Yupanqui

Shiro is an expert guitar player, singer and composer especially for Atahualpa Yupanqui (1908-1992) styled Argentine folkloric music.

In 1989, Shiro was invited to Atahualpa's summer home in Cerro Colorado, Cordoba, Argentina and there he recieved the personal guitar instruction from Atahualpa himself.

'La Tierra Donde Canta el Viento (The Land Where the WInd Sings)' is Shiro's original composition which is dedicated to his beloved maestro.

フォルクローレギタリスト、シロ・エル・アリエーロ（大竹史朗）による、南米フォルクローレの最高峰アタウアルパ・ユパンキへの想いを込めて作曲したオリジナルギターソロ­。
映像は、巨匠がアルゼンチン中でもっとも愛し、毎年夏を過ごしていたコルドバ州セロコロラドを、1994年夏、"風が歌う地"墓前演奏のために訪れた際のものです。
シロは1989年、この別荘でユパンキの指導を受けた後、ニューヨークをベースに本格的に演奏家としてのキャリアをスタートさせました。
