Jando's version is the first and the best version of moonlight sonata (op.27,no.2) that I've ever heard. I love how each note sounds like it has to struggle to emerge, they have to fight their way out or are forced out by the pianist. And yet this is done so effortlessly and beautifully. The emotive range of this piece is truly staggering; the imagery is awe-inspiring for a deceivingly simple piece. It has to remain one of my favourite pieces of classical music of all time.

This was a great performance of this song!

@AmericanAttacker Listen to Barenboim´s version of it, that one is slower, it takes more than 6 minutes!

This is a great performance of a great song, the only thing I could say is that it was played too quickly. Only when it's played nice and slowly is when it's perfect. But still performance was good

@Ohado Moonlight Sonata was one of the very first of classical music for me too. Perhaps this very recording! (from Best of Naxos - Vol I)

I like the different Chord progressions in this Piece, you could say it almost sounds modern.
The finest piece of music I have ever heard. It is so beautiful, haunting, melodic, gentle, uplifting and anything else. I don't believe in perfection, but this has smething that no other piece of music has.
