thank you obeca for posting these! I remember watching it as a child (I would have been 3 yrs old) and falling in love with him then n there. Have tried many times to find the video, but without luck. Thank you for letting me enjoy it again :)

THe NYPs play really what Danny is conducting!!!!!!!

So the sentence became true, when the orchestra played horrible,

and the amateur conductor asked: “Why you are playing so horrible?”

And the first violinist answered:

“Conduct better and we will play better. We play exactly what YOU conduct.” :-)

No comparison is possible in any way. True, Rieu does nice things, but absolutely not like Kaye. Danny is unbeatable. Amazing conductor, amazing performer. One of a kind.
