What kind of stimulus are they talking about? He is just
doing various movements with the baby or so it seems. The
baby HATES if from the video. Don't babies react from the
environment they are in anyway? It is confusing to see this
and try to figure out what they are actually testing for.

As babies cant talk, doctors have developed several techniques to analize if they are receiving the right estimules from the environment.
