It's a tv show you're not supposed to believe it if you do you should look in the mirror. If they showed everyone that knew all the answers it would be a boring show and not funny.

im american and thats easy! an explorer i cant remember the name but anyways came to america and compared it to marco polo`s description of asia and realized it was new land so when he came bak a map maker put in on the maps and it was named after the explorer`s last name i think witch was sumthing like america :)
