Many of our patients have been asking Doc to upload a video of his Spinal Hygiene exercises (he really does them every morning!)... it's hard to remember them long after you've attended the Wellness Workshop...

So here they are! Cassandra helps Doc demonstrate the stretching that you should be doing every morning to start your day... your body will be very happy you did!

  • brilliant but fuck the neck stretches they are brutal.

  • @nounever try not to overdo it! If you feel "too much" stretch and it hurts, stretch a little less and work your way up to more... if you're straining yourself you could be creating injury.
