I wanted to send you a private message because I think you may be related to someone I know but I didnt want to put information out on the net. Can you PM me??

@jinithompson Great suggestion! I can vouch for it from personal experience.

I thought hot water is not good because it destroys the honey healing properties?

Honey doesn't spoil. Why on Earth would it need to be pasteurized?? :/

Great video thanks. I'm still in shock hearing that anyone would pasteurise honey! Is that not insane?

Great video. Thank you ;)

@lkellermanl543 Yes, but it won't be as potent.

@lupo19fun why don't you try using a Neti Pot to flush your sinuses and keep the passages open? You can also add a few drops of organic olive oil to the saline to help lubricate (olive oil is also anti-inflammatory)

A reader emailed me this:
I've been making the tea in a saucepan instead of a teapot - I can cut up a few pieces of ginger and put a couple of cups of water in at a time. I let it simmer with the ginger for 10 minutes to really let it infuse. Then I have a cup with honey. Later you can add more water to what's already there and infuse it again. The ginger is there for a few hours for multiple cups of tea.
This way you don't have to use a plastic teapot, since most people have a saucepan.

Hi Everyone, Thiis is the new version of this video - I updated it with more info since people were asking about the water temperature and didn't know how to spell the names of the teas, etc. Enjoy! -Jini
