Why would that be funny; being gay doesn't mean you do not believe in God and can't rejoice over the birth of Christ.

Yes it is O Come Emmanuel.
I don't think of this song as sad, rather I think of it as haunting...It echoes through me. I love it.

Oh my gosh! I was at this concert and got chills when he sang this song! He has such an amazing voice and I was so glad I got to be a part of this magical Christmas concert. :)

He sings this beautifully... but I'm old school and I absolutely LOVE the traditional melody of O Come, O Come Emmanuel!!! Wonder if he has a recording of that?

so beautiful! Thank you, Clay, you have a God-given gift. Thanks, clarity, for posting this performance.

@acidragdoll if you feel that way about gays why are you watching and listening to Clay? You must not be a Christan by the way you talk (fag) God wants all to be Christ like and I don't think you are.
@mceachn same goes for you?
Clay you did a wonderful job on this song...Love the way you changed it..You have a beautiful gift from God and you are using it for His Glory!!

Goosebumps everytime he sings this song! LOVE IT!
Clay changes his hair all the time. If you don't like it, just wait a day or two. This video is from Dec2006.He's had at least 100 hairstyles since. To see his most recent look search for: "Clay Aiken in Mexico with Unicef, Christmas 2007"
