ok ok here it is from aus....simply do a mad max google search then search mad max 4 vehicles... and ...... there it is .. not the whole mega ripsaw but form what is sticking out of the covers... its no doubt.. a howe and howe vehicle...

this is called ripsaw, thier are many different versions of this design, this one is manned and gasoline, the military version i seen was slower, diesel and unmanned
