  • 2:08 they stretch the picture to make it look bigger. why would you bother it was great the way it was!

  • @quosmo1 Hey quosmo, the last segment is a photo that was inserted into the video...unfortunately I am not much of a guru on the video editing program and when I inserted the photo it stretched it out of shape. Was an awesome fish for Steve, one of those fish of a lifetime situations for sure. Hope you are finding a few fish, plenty of flathead on the chew around our way on the plastics lately. Cheers, Justin

  • wot ar bommies

  • @BMD475 Hi BMD475, Bommies are short for Bombora, which Wikipedia describes as "an indigenous Australian term for an area of large sea waves breaking over a shallow area such as a submerged rock shelf, reef or sand bank that is located some distance from the shoreline and beach surf break". They are simply called bommies and fishos often refer to coral outcrops, lumps of rock or a single rock in this way. Remember structure holds bait and bait attracts fish.

  • What brand of poppers do you use? are williamson jet poppers good? Thanks in advance.

  • @chaser5444 Hey Chaser, the team were throwing large Halco Roosta Poppers. They are made by Halco in Western Australia an dbuilt to handle big fish. Popular colours to start with include White Redhead and Fluoro Green. Cheers, Justin
