or he could have said (4-1)*10=30-5=25 to take from 350 or my way which is
50+10+4+1=65
65*5=325 or say 5 swap the 4+1 and 5 round but you'll get the same

Another way of getting 325 is this:
50x5=250,
10x7=70,
70+4=74,
74+1=75,
250+75=325.

If you look carefully at 5:40, the W and M in the conundrum scramble are transposed - i.e., the W of WOMEN is an upside down M and (more obviously) the extremely distorted M is in fact an upside down W.
