@rlewis1946 Hi Roy, I am a big fan of Rudy and his work. And I own several of his books and I have enjoyed them all immensely. He truly was a master craftsman. Thank you for your support!
@jarniotes Really? What "action" were you expecting from a video review? My hope (and intent) was to provide an in-depth review of what the video contained so that people would be able to better judge if the video would be a worthwhile rental or purchase. Since I go through (in detail) the contents of the video, I think I've accomplished this goal. At the end of the video I explain how a viewer can obtain the video, since it's not exactly something that you can get from Netflix.
Thank you, PorjectInMetal for calling our attention to Mr. Kouhoupt's life's work and his desire to share his knowledge and skills with the world. Mr. Kouhoupt passed away in 2004 at the age of 73, after a very productive life creating a huge volume of work that will live in the hearts and minds of many of us who shape metal, either for a vocation or and avocation. We all could learn from Mr. Kouhoupt; yes all of us...
That is correct. This is a review of a machining DVD. That's why the title says "a review". The intent is to give people an overview of the video so that they can make an educated decision to rent/buy the video. It's similar to seeing a trailer before you decide to spend $20 at the movies. Sorry if you felt like it was a waste of your time to watch. I don't make any $ off the video sales so I couldn't care less if people buy the DVD or not.

This is just an advisement for renting a machining video a lot of talk and no action.
