It's not hard to stay within the time limit, just requires you to do everything fast as hell.
And the convicts only come back to life every night,

@jsfrc You don't need to go back to save.... What do you think the S markers on your map mean? Those are all save locations. And fuck this game! I had to start over just because the fight where you have to defeat the girl on the bike is bugged. Fuck games that have limited time. And how the fuck did the convicts come back to life? I just killed them 20 minutes ago and the fuckers were alive again. Oh and time ran out just before I was back in the security room so I have to fight Adam again.
