Okay well now I easily learned what gross and net income are. Yes I agree I thinking about a concept in a imaginative way does help. People with ADHD pay close attention to visual detail, whereas for the neurotypical they pay close attention to word detail which is less evident for ADHD types. I would however tell people that it's because "simpler language" is used but because imagining the concept is much more interesting to us.
