@MissLauraCTV Wow a cadet being the banner bearer :D Congratz! At my squadron you need to be atleast a Sergeant to even be considered :P

@MissLauraCTV Run everything slowly through your head as your doing it and take your time to think about your next movement before you carry it out, otherwise you just panic and are likely to do the movement wrong. You cant loose marks for taking your time but you will for messing up. Be confident and try not too look nervous.

I'm really nervous now! I'm banner bearer in my banner party and it's the first time I've ever done it. I have really girly weak arms (seen as I am a girl :P) and I find it really tricky. Any advice?
