@khaliddrb1 That, my friend, is not called an index finger but the "middle finger" which is in fact the finger you're referring to.

That's your middle finger, dude! Not your index finger. It would be nearly impossible to push the food through your fingers with the thumb if you used your index finger as the guide for the blade. But thanks for the advice.

@teacherfood well, I'm not a pro like you, but I think you're wrong man, this guy, for me, have better skills than you, even a blindfolded one can see... (I saw your videos) and... I was thinking for minutes and I couldn't find the answer... so, who wants to cook blindfolded??? Some food fetish? I think this is not a competition.. But, anyone have his own opinion, that's mine.
