Teenage Girls Think Faster Than Teenage Boys

O.K., so it appears to be true -- girls can think faster than guys -- at least as teenagers. Researchers at Vanderbilt Kennedy Center in Nashville, Tennessee, have determined that while boys and girls may be equally intelligent, boys lag behind girls in how fast their brains work. The Vanderbilt researchers say male and female brains apparently develop at different rates which affect them in school.

If you both actually listened to the video carefully instead of getting your swelling ego to talk for you, you would find that yes the researchers did think that girls processed information faster than boys but only because of the increased hormones in puberty. Boys and girls develop at different ages.

@jayc342009 Why are you questioning the validity of a recent, supposedly well thought-out scientific study? The point is: this study suggests that female teenagers think faster than male teenagers. Don't agree with it? You're probably a prideful man who hates to see anything that suggests female advancement. Really bold claim, and really pointless. Girls are given way more support when it comes to education. One thing i do know though, is that girls are better at sitting down for an hour copying from a book. I think boys have way to much testosterone to do that. The education system is to blame.

Does it even matter... the tests included pointing at some shapes and saying the name of some objects out loud. How is that useful in a real world situation? Anyway a teenage girl would be too busy complaining about her 'stomach ache' (I'm sorry that was a joke)
