@105bobbo It's a lot more difficult to do it that way. I'm a C 6/7 incomplete for just about 20 years now...functioning as a para. The most difficult part of that is getting your rear end back up into the chair as he did.

hey there mister..I'm a para myself and I rarely put myself on the floor cuz it is soo hard to get myself back up. I'm a female and I think males have the advantage for strength. You make it look soo easy..will give it a try. tho.thanks for sharing. awfully brave of you and it is appreciated..thanks.

You make a good point about lowering yourself down to the floor gently. A lot of people don't remember to do that after awhile if they have no feeling. I'm guilty of it myself sometimes. I'm a C6 complete.

Yes, while some pressure ulcers happen overtime, many are triggered from a single traumatic event such as slamming your butt on a hard surface which injures the flesh and paves the way for an ulcer to be formed...

Sou fã desse cara...antes de comprar meu carro assisti o vídeo dele demonstrando como colocar e retirar a cadeira monobloco e graças a ele não precisei ir ao Sarah para aprender isso!
