Pleishman, I heard the same pronunciation. They sound like Italians from Brooklyn. I'm Italian American from PA but married a girl from Brooklyn and had to listen to guys like this every day. They think they have mastered the English language and look upon everyone not like them with disdain..He's probably a nice guy but he has that Brooklyn ego and accent.
