Two minutes long, melange-style experimental art film originally shot in Super 8 film on location in Andorra la Vella, the capital of Andorra, the small, friendly, and beautiful nation in the middle of the Pyrenees Mountains between Toulouse, France and Barcelona, Spain by Portland, Oregon-based artist and film-maker Larry Cwik. Andorra la Vella is the highest capital city in Europe, with an elevation of 4620 feet. The rapid waters of the Valira River flow through the capital and are included in the footage.
