  • Hello both o yo...I'm 4m India and have recently been drawn towards bar workouts and really like 'em...I really Like Mr.Hannibal....Is dat ur real name...?

  • I do those flutter-kicks in the army, painful shit, great for the core.

  • I know some of the core workouts like flutters and kicks work your legs a bit, but what do you guys mainly do to work out your legs?

  • The best excercise for strong core is ass to grass olympic squat. Period.
