Background was also used in the UK and Sweden for Westcon Home Video's logo.
I also spotted that very background in a 1987 logo for Venezuela's RCTV. Just search "Alo K Dos!" and you'll find a promo for that show with that very RCTV logo at the end.

That background was used by Antena 3 Television on the early 90's. The only difference was that the flash was on Spain
