Sakura Story - Cherry Animation

This is an old project from 2008. It was a terms assignment.
It's supposed to be a "calligraphic" interpretation of a poem:

In darkness dwell
the spirits of full bloom

they urge for light
how determined they burst into life

true colors of beauty,
charm and elegance
combined in an essence of life
composed of mysteries

flawlessly beautiful
dancing tenderly in a caressing breeze

sinister fate of time
gnaws away the grace
it decays
it dies

but, whichever way you look at it.
it is what it is:
a brief moment
but an eternal path
