Goodspeed does it again. Sexy, sassy, smart, clever. A musical that broke away from traditional Bdwy conventions and won the 1990 Best Mysical Toney along the way. Cy Coleman, the genius, went back to his '40s - '50s jazz roots to write a score tinged with pop, latin, film noir, and of course jazz. Direction is clever as hell. Well suited large cast brings it home. A sophisticated musical for the seasoned theatergoer.
