@mikegnr99 I found a download for the rom and the emulator after searching for like 5 hours. Im not savvy with emulators so I had to learn how to use it. I have thoroughly enjoyed the game, I may record some gameplay commentary! :)

Is there a way to play it on the pc. If not how would you put the download on a disk to work on the ps1, maybe ps2?

LSD Dream Emulator: the scariest game in fucking excistance.

This game scares my computer, the whole system shuts off after 10 minutes of playing it in psxfin :D No joke!!
