Ya, so... this week was tiring. faced with the need for a solid video i got to spend some quality time with a camera and see just how hard it is to do a damn thing in front of it. ... skimming through afterward, though, i found a couple of gems... stuck em together.

I'm sure you get this a lot, but how exactly do you manage to not get dizzy hooping? I constantly get so dizzy I can barely see when I hoop... Any advice?

actually, it goes away naturally. i think if your balance is centered enough... idk i close my eyes usually.
