For a long time it was something of a status symbol for young black people to flunk math or science, and it's stuff like this that made it that way. This is one of the most destructive concepts in the history of the Black race.

You're totally right. Things like racism, healthcare, personal safety, quality of life...they just don't matter when you compare them to something incredible and amazing like flying to a barren, desolate rock in space, and then turning around and coming home.

what you say is true. i dont know what that feels like, so maybe im wrong. i think getting a man in space or on the moon is bigger than you and me and is a huge step for mankind. but on second thought i see that we may have our priorities off when a bigger step for mankind would be to solve some problems on this earth before we try to fly off it.
