  • You're on the right track, but you need to be more aware of proprioception from the teeth and it's ability to change muscle tone. Look at the videos on /siking1962. It's got nothing to do with "energies". The nervous system is sensory driven. Metal activates withdrawal reflexes which changes muscle tone. Poor muscle tone leads to chronic injury and arthritis, as well as increased mortality.
