Now I'm really in the mood for some chili. I have never seen bison here (central Florida) in my grocery stores... I asked my hubby and he said that he doesn't recall seeing it either, so I'm not really sure where I'd find it. But when we get our first cold snap, I'm trying it, even if I have to use ground turkey breast. Thanks for sharing this recipe and good luck on your journey.

Sounds delicious! I've yet to try bison, I've decided to replace the ground beef I would normally use with ground turkey to save on calories. Can't wait to make chili again, especially since it's finally cooled down! =D Yours sounds delish!

You did a great job.....Loved watching you cook. Might want to consider turning the grandchild to a life of crime! LOL!!!
Hey sister...The chili looks great! I don't mix veggies on P2 but occasionally when I was using tomatoes as a garnish, I would just count them as my fruit. In my P2 chili, I just use lean beef and tomatoes and some secret spices...lol, and it's great. Doesn't have as much bulk but it's still yummy with the melba toast on the side. Keep up the great work! Cooking vlogs are lots of fun, thanks for posting it. (((HUGS)))

@kate37ta1 thanks. I am having so much fun, trying to find inventive ways to work our food. lol. Not, only for me but for my daughters, too. They are both making a lifestyle change too. Following in my footsteps. Which I am very proud of them. Now, I just have to get my 10 year old son to eat healthier... lol. He is much more of a challenge. But, I have a feeling, I will learn some recipes to even make him happy if I work hard enough. That is my next goal...lol.

Lol, 'cheapest market in town' you crack me up. That's really cool that you and your neighbors have gardens. My neighbors and I definitely don't, but we live in an apartment and I'm a college student ha. When I get out of school and settle into a home, I think I'll join you in the having my own garden club. I've never had buffalo, how does that compare to the taste of beef? Your chili looks good, I can't handle super spicy though lol, I'm a wimp. Thanks for sharing!
