This commercial is from the mid-to-late 70s. I remember they re-made this commercial in the 80s, literally - there were all new actors, but the exact same soundtrack! The mother and the kids simply moved their lips to the original dialog - it was weird

@winmuch You're right about that. They used to have a naked man where the patient's body fat covered up his groin (just like Peter Griffin in Family Guy). However, in recent years they decided to make the game a little more decent by giving the patient boxers. LOL! It is more appropriate to to wear boxers than to have a fat naked man that children play with. With obesity becoming a growing problem, we can't just ignore the big guy as "The man's fat because he's a clown" anymore.
I wonder how many surgeons got their idea for a career this way.
