Twould be a good idesa to sink a borewell and also do rainwater harvesting.Though this might be a racket by the bottled water companies to drum up extra business. Can't believe this is happening in the US of A. In France Nuclear power plants use up 40% of the potable water!. Better to ask your government to switch to wind and solar!
