The cinch was loose on the saddle. The rider lost his balance, the saddle's sliding off, the flags are stuck in the horse's face and then the rider uses the reins to try to stay on. That horse did nothing wrong and none of what happened was his fault. Your title should read, "Poor Horse Gets His Mouth Ripped Out When Rider Loses Balance".
