this absolutely works! I cheat for 1-2 days and eat higher calorie foods and carbs, then after 2 days I go back to lean meats, and veggies and low calorie again. It gets your body over plateaus for sure!! I've lost about 66 lbs in the past six months. And I don't feel like I'm even on a diet b/c I feel full and satistfied.
