i downloaded a video off vimeo in mp4 format, what setting should i choose, it appears larger on the program sequense window( right side)..i played around with the import setting..it fixed the enlarged screen prob but the video quality got messed up. plz help if you can ..thnx

@xryder I really don't know what to do there. I stopped using Adobe Premiere because of how frickin' complicated it was. If I were, I'd try to use some kind of software that can analyze the qualities of your video (aspect ratio, frame rate, etc) and tweak appropriately. If not, you can go to the Adobe forums.
