I found him last late August and kept him though the winter. He was Soooo small he would never have survived. I let him go about a month ago and I think he has a better chance now of survival with several months of warm weather ahead. Maybe one day we're reunite like Christian the lion..hehe. GOOD LUCK FLASH!

  • Oh that's very nice of you to take in that turtle.

    Good luck Flash!

  • Thanks. I don't think he would have survived on his own in the begining. I have read that turtles don't roam far from their birth spots so maybe he can run into some other turtles where I left him. He has a few months to fatten up and hone his turtle skills so as long as something doesn't eat him I think he'll be ok.
