I went to Fred's recently and had the Fred Burger. I have no idea why people rave about this burger. I am suspecting the cold ass beer has a lot to do with the raves this burger gets. The burger was a bit like a hockey puck, dry and not juicy. I had jalapenos on mine and that was almost a saving grace. The 'hand cut' fries were basically lame, nothing to rate as a good burger and fries. I am guessing that people in the DFW area are used to substandard burgers and wimpy fries.

Terry would come out and grill at some time trial races in fort worth. Great time, great people and of course GREAT FOOD! Love ya Terry!!

Fred's is the best! Plain and simple. Always do your best to catch him at a chuckwagon cookoff if you can, you won't walk away disappointed.

LOVE, LOVE,LOVE Fred's. We saw it on triple d and the burgers were FANTASTIC! Love the atmosphere and all the staff was great!
