2-years ago, I purchased CNMS 1500 Enterprise system at at cost of $10,600. In Nov/10 the CNMS failed and a support call was placed. Advised the unit was out of warranty. Asked for an RMA number. I was surprised to hear that they would not issue an RMA since it was an "End of Life Product" Asked what I needed to do to get repairs completed. Advised that Procurve no longer supports that product. I guess that’s what you call “Procurve Lifecycle Solutions”
