What a sensitive, sweet. loving soul. When asked, "Tell me about your hobbies, he talks about" reading A night to remember" and "feeding his birds every morning".

This is why the world ate him alive. Many people didn't know how to handle this kind of behavior coming from a man. They wondered "What's wrong with him? Why isn't he boxing, playing football, HUNTING birds...what a sissy."

I hate when Don Cornelius says "You could be a big movie star someday. You got the looks" and Mike winces. I'll never understand why he thought he was so ugly. It just baffles me, he was such a beautiful man. I guess the way the public constantly expected perfection from him, he felt obligated to give us just that. I hate it, oh Michael why couldn't you have realized how gorgeous you were. And only human.

@8mycrab That's true, I was raised by my mom and grandma so i'm more sensitive than most guys and people treat my like a sissy sometimes for it, I have to try to act tough around certain people

Kailuagirl87 When I mentioned about his life being so simple,I was referring to his life back then,if you read my first comment carefully you will see.This is not referring to his life back in the 80's,90's,and 2000's.You seem by my comment of this lovely clip of Micheal as a teenager,very angry and upset in yourself,where there could be joy in watching this beautiful clip.Rejoice and be thankful for the joy he brought to.This will live on.Thankyou for your comment.I have learned a lot.Benja :-)

@louluvscats his life was far from simple. he couldnt go anywhere without a.) a head to toe disguise. b.) atleast 3 security guards and a getaway car on hand.

He just wanted peace, but the world wanted too much from him.
