1. If you mean "dark brown thing" then it's chocolate powder.

2. The "white thing" is milk foam mixed a bit with milk before adding it.

@Hyattiee yea, but girls too. its just a nice little thing that just takes a few minutes on youtube and few practice cups to master. sadly i am not with my gf anymore, dont worry, it could of ended badly but i was determined for us to end on good terms even though we dont see each other very often anymore.
