Great episode!!! When will there ever be a reunion!!!!!

There was a sort of "reunion" last year (end of July).  The Academy of TV Arts & Sciences (Emmy's) did a tribute called "TV Moves" and honored many well known choreographers and dancers. Several of the SOLID GOLD DANCERS were brought together with Kevin Carlisle and Anita Mann and performed on stage on more time!!. Unfortunately - it wasn't televised.

As Rick Mentioned the Guests for Next Week, Rick didn't mention that Glen Campbell and Natalie Cole will host, also Darcel Wynne will be reinstated on the week after that episode is aired.

honestly I saw number 2 and beverly dance so professional that arabic number, she looks a real arabian dancer according with her moves, and number is unique and different, I like so much this post

Gayle, Beverly, Jamilah and Nicole will always be my favourite dancers and Marilyn the best host.

Thank YOU for pointing that out. Sometimes I get so involved with "other stuff" I don't notice Anita's favoritism.

I had to go back and watch the #7 performance. Nicole did well, but not one of my favorite songs and Anita's choreography was better than usual this time, for that song. I generally didn't like her number to that song at all.

Those outfits in the number 6 song have been around FOREVER. Janeen wears it in one of her Solid Gold promo shots back when she was first on the show! They changed the costume up by adding the silver "fringe skirt" and the rhinestones used to go straight across.

Actually, I though that Beverly, Janeen, and Jamilah did wonderful in that number, though I would give Beverly the edge on that one.

The only thing hated about the #3-#2 songs is how Anita choreographed it. Mark only waved a fan throughout the two songs....GRRR!!! I guess Anita's favoritism grated on my nerves so much!!
