Freestyle Pole Dance

http://studioveena.com/?svr=youtube_creed This video is not full of special effects or perfected poses .....BUT I was FINALLY able to Freestyle and do a full dance. I was very out of breath after this, it had been a while! My foot is still on the mend but its at the point where I can dance pretty freely. I was so happy to be able to express my feelings again through dance! Thanks for watching.
