With your mods you should run faster then that z28, you should be running like 7.5s-8.0s

8.5-8.9s are mids to high 13s for a cammed car all you need is some tires then youll be like stated above,

I know, this was my first time to the track. I'll land 7.5's when I get my MT E/T and learn how to launch the Goat better.

I think you need a better tune or something. with all that you have you should be in the 430 rwhp range and running low 12's (or low 8s in the 1/8th). Maybe you just need slicks. I have an LS2 GTO and i'm running 8.8s stock or 13.2 is my best time so far.

I haven't had a chance to get it re-tuned yet. I should be making somewhere around 435hp/395tq w/ the new kooks long tubes and slp maf.

im guna run the same cam as you in an australian clubsport. i enjoyed watching your idle vids as its keeping me motivated while my cars of the road (1 year now)

if you search for:

"11 sec VX commodore"

you will see what they have been getting out of stock ls1 in oz(cam heads and all) so i would reckon your beast has a lot left in it.
