You have become a very beautiful person, and I found this to be a wonderfully edifying testiment to the saving grace of God. You have a vital ministry that God has prepared you for, and while I really didn't expect much in the way of spiritual uplift from watching this (at a sub-consience level, i.e.) as I am a nearly 60 year-old man, I have to tell you that I was deeply moved by your story. Girlfriend, the only thing I can tell you is that God made you as you are. He is your Creator and he loves you exactly as he made you.  Being "happy with ourselves," when it comes to our beauty or body image, isn't that easy when the world always tells us that we are never enough as we are. In God's eyes, we are enough. That is why we look to him for our value.
